Annex Reservation

The Annex is designed to foster an atmosphere of intimacy and engagement, making it the perfect choice for smaller gatherings, workshops, meetings, and private receptions.  Its cozy setting encourages interaction and personal connection among attendees, creating a memorable and impactful experience.

Rules for Reserving the Annex

 

To be able to rent the Annex, you must agree and follow the rules listed on this page.  The protocol for renting this space are as follows: 

 

  • Secure the date.  Look at the calendar listed below to ensure the date you require has not been reserved yet.  Keep in mind that there is a possibility that the date might be in the process of getting reserved

  • The max capacity is 45 guests

  • The rental rate is $45 an hour, which includes cleaning up, setting up, etc.

  • Anytime you and your attendees are inside the Annex, you will be charged as time paid for)

  • You must pay at least 50% of the total cost upfront as a non-refundable deposit, and you are in charge of cleaning the space yourself

  • The final payment is due one week prior to the rental date

  • Any damages made to the property or staying outside of the reserved hours will result in a fine

  • The BAC reserves the right to cancel the rental or move the date if deemed necessary to avoid scheduling conflicts

  • If there is marketing for their event, we would love to share it on our social media

  • No alcohol is allowed on the premises unless distributed with a special event permit, sold by Bossier City Thrifty Liquor, or personally purchased from an East Bank Business and is in a to-go cup containing the label of said business
