Way Back When is a three part epic about the lives of friends who grew up in the eighties and nineties. They all shared the same dream of making it out of Perklin, and being more than what their neighborhood displayed, a statistic. Directed by Shaina Rogers.

Jones, The Musical – a delightful adaptation of four of Barbara Park’s best-selling books, brought to life in a genuinely comical (and not strictly-for-kids) musical developed by TheatreworksUSA. The 35-member cast is comprised entirely of students from Stage Center’s School of Performing Arts!

This year marks the 15th Anniversary since the Off-Broadway premiere of ‘YELLOWMAN’ at the Manhattan Theatre Club. ‘YELLOWMAN’ focuses on the issue of colorism in the black community through the love story of the two main characters, Alma, a dark skinned middle aged woman and Eugene, a light skinned middle aged man in Coastal South Carolina in the Gullah region.
