The heart of the East Bank District is its plaza area. This area was designed as a gathering place for the entire community to attract festivals and host food trucks and outdoor activities. The plaza area, which is one-quarter of a city block, acts as a gathering place for the public during the week and has the capacity to transform into a small festival area for the city on the weekends.
